This past Labor Day Weekend saw the College Football Season kickoff. And thank goodness the real college football is back. I’m talking about the entire college football experience which includes the fans, you know the student body and alumni that make the game what it is. We saw heard “Jump Around” at Camp Randall Stadium in Wisconsin, heard the Sandstorm beat dropped in at Williams-Brice Stadium in South Carolina, and watched the Iowa Wave as the crowd turned and waved to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital at the end of the first quarter, which is by far my favorite college football tradition. And there will be many more traditions to return this season as Universities play their first home games. These traditions had been taken away from by a virus, But maybe now we will appreciate how necessary they really are and how much better they make each Saturday during the College Football Season.
